No. 01Founding clients

Be my next success story

The Squeeze Fatigues opened this year. The first people through the door get the most attention I will ever be able to give — and their progress becomes the first thing anyone reads on this page.

Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

No. 02Built for the trail

What we're actually aiming at

Outcomes described as things you can do outdoors, not numbers on a screen.

01

Wind that lasts a hill

Short exhale on every punch, nose breath between. Do that for eight weeks and a long climb stops being a negotiation.

02

A guard you keep when tired

Stance built to be rested in, not held. It survives the third round and the fourth mile.

03

Grip that carries

Wrestling-room strength: hauling, dragging, holding on. It shows up on moving day, not just on the mat.

04

Timing that stays

Rhythm is a skill, and skills don't detrain the way conditioning does. It's yours after the block ends.

No. 03How progress gets tracked

Measured out loud, every session

  • Your goal gets said back to you at the start. I’m a friendly motivator who understands your goals and will remind you of them — that reminder is the tracking.
  • One skill checkpoint per session: can you hold the stance while talking, keep the fence while stepping, hear your own breath during a round.
  • One outside checkpoint per month: something you couldn’t do on a hill, a hike or a long day on your feet that you can do now.
